More Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Legislators

Property layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Also included in this new photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had created development schemes to develop the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a key detailing different parts of the land.

Alongside this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.

Additional documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
